This online educational opportunity will explore the complex, multi-system process of feeding in newborns. Sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish if digestive troubles are caused by how vs. what baby is being fed. By following the symptoms, it can be easier to make the correct differential diagnosis to improve infant comfort after feeding.
Continuing Education:
For Nurses: Ventura County Public Health is an approved provider by the BRN, Provider #12987 and have been approved for 1.5 CE's.
For Lactation Consultants: 1.50 CERP’s have been applied for with the IBLCE and are pending approval.
